PORTABLE FOAM KITS

Foam Kits

Scotty Portable Foam Kits are designed for attachment directly to a 1.5" fire hose, 1" fire hose, or GHT Garden Hose. Thread adapters and reducing fittings are also available as required. These foam kits provide a fast and simple way to introduce Class A or Class B foam to the water flow – at flow rates from 3, 8, 15, 30, 50, or 70 gallons per minute (GPM). Most units have a fixed eduction ratio of 1% for Class A and 3% for Class B foam eduction. Variable percentage valves can be added to adjust or select different foam eduction rates down to .5% for Class A, or down to 1% on Class B applications.

NOZZLES, EDUCTORS AND AIR ASPIRATING FOAM TUBES

Nozzles

Scotty FIREFIGHTER produces several of fog/straight stream nozzles with D-Handle shut offs and pistol grips in the 1.5" NH or NPSH thread patterns. Flow rates are 30 and 70 GPM. All nozzles and shut offs are manufactured from glass reinforced polymers for superior strength, light weight performance.

Scotty 4071 Kit

The 4071 "Around the Pump" foam eductor is a simple unit to install and educt foam concentrate into hose lines. It is mounted between the discharge and suction side of most any water pump, and can be retrofitted permanently to slip on or "skid" units as well. The unit is adjustable, permitting various foam percentages to be inducted depending on the nozzle being used. The 4071 kit includes the eductor, pressure hose, foam pick up hose and two connecting tees. Various other foam eductors and metering units are available at preset or variable eduction ratios as required.

Air aspirated foam nozzle

Scotty air aspirated foam nozzles are available in eight different flow rates and several thread sizes/patterns. The nozzles are all manufactured from the latest engineering grade composite polymers for resilience and durability.

ROLL & FOAM

Roll & Foam

The brand new Roll & Foam Mobile Foam Attack System is a self-contained foam supply unit that can transform any fire hose or water supply line into a firefighting foam generating station. The system consists of a wheeled foam supply tank with a 14 gallon capacity, a 50-foot length of 1.5" rack hose, one 30 gpm Scotty Foam Eductor factory set for either 1% Class A eduction or 3% Class B, with a matching air aspirating foam nozzle and D-Handle shut off.
